Aveuris AccessFlow

Aveuris AccessFlow is the patient access and registration workspace designed to make the first point of contact faster, clearer and more connected. It brings patient identity, demographics, encounters and scheduling into one coordinated workflow so front-desk and registration teams can create accurate patient records and move patients into care without duplicating information across departments.

AccessFlow supports structured patient registration using a unique Patient ID or MRN together with demographic information such as name, date of birth, age, sex, contact details and other identifying information required by the organization. Registration teams can search for existing patients before creating new records, helping reduce duplicate charts and preserve a consistent longitudinal patient identity across Aveuris.

Appointment and encounter workflows help staff organize scheduled and unscheduled patient visits, capture the reason for attendance and connect the patient to the appropriate department or clinical service. Relevant coverage, payer or insurance information can be maintained alongside the registration record where required for downstream operational and billing workflows.

Once registration is complete, the same patient identity can be used throughout the Aveuris ecosystem. HyperSpace can open the clinical encounter, ResultStream can receive laboratory orders and results against the same MRN, MedBridge can manage medication workflows, VisionPACS can link imaging studies and reports, and On-System can provide approved patient-facing access without creating separate records for each department.

Role-based access allows registration staff to work within patient-access functions while administrators maintain broader control over registration operations. By establishing a reliable patient identity at the front door, AccessFlow helps create cleaner downstream workflows and a more connected patient journey across the organization.
