Aveuris On-System

Aveuris On-System is the secure patient-facing portal that gives people a clearer connection to their healthcare information and care team. It brings important parts of the patient journey into one accessible workspace so patients can review their information, follow care activity and stay connected without depending on separate systems for every interaction.

Patients can access their Aveuris-linked profile and review key information associated with their longitudinal health record, including appointments, clinical summaries, medications and released diagnostic information. Laboratory results from ResultStream and finalized imaging reports from VisionPACS can be made available through the connected Aveuris workflow once they are ready for patient access.

On-System also supports patient participation in ongoing care. Patients can view upcoming appointments and relevant care information, access available documents and summaries, and submit supported requests such as medication refill requests that can flow into MedBridge for pharmacy review and action.

Because On-System is connected to the wider Aveuris ecosystem, information made available to the patient remains tied to the same patient identity used across registration, clinical care, laboratory, pharmacy and imaging workflows. This helps reduce fragmented records and gives patients a more consistent view of their healthcare journey.

Secure authentication and session controls help protect patient access, while Aveuris's role-based workflows determine what information is available for viewing or action. The result is a patient portal designed to improve access to health information while keeping clinical and operational workflows under the control of the healthcare organization.
